What we collect
When you use KnowMyHOA, we receive the PDF you upload, the report we generate from it, and any chat messages you send while asking questions. We do not require an account or any personal information.
What we do with it
Your PDF is read once to generate your report. The text we extract is stored so that our chat feature can answer questions grounded in your actual document. We never use your document to train public AI models, and we never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Reports and uploaded files are automatically deleted 30 days after creation. You can also stop using a report at any time — no further action required.
Who can see your report
Reports are accessible only via long, unguessable links. They aren't listed anywhere and search engines aren't allowed to index them. Anyone with the link can view the report — share it carefully.
AI processing
We send your document text to a third-party AI provider for analysis and chat. They process the text only to generate the response and do not retain it for training.
